TASLI (dramatic): "Behold! On this sun-scorched parking lot lie the mummified remains of Eohippus: the first horse!"
GENE (matter-of-factly): "Tasli, it's a banana peel"
TASLI (pulling Gene close; whispering): "'I' know that, and 'you' know that..."
MUBBA (tearfully): "Poor little horsey; I'll bury you!"
GENE (to Mubba, while glaring at Tasli): "It's just a banana peel, Mubba"
And so ends another Gene and Tasli comic. ^_^
HYPOTHETICALWATCHER: "Aren't comics supposed to be funny?"
I think the word 'eohippus' is funny, and I like the banana peel (I took the photo all by myself!) :D

Anyway, I discovered this banana peel while on my wayfarer's journey. I came up with the basic idea for this comic upon sight of it, so I knew I should make a picture ...despite my iPad's screen being effectively invisible when outdoors, esp. on sunny days when I'm wearing sunglasses.
I couldn't see the picture I took until I got it home ...but I think it came out ok. :3
Last, i know there've been no pencils lately, but don't lose heart! The pencils are returning (with the next upload, in fact). The reason for their recent omissions is I felt a pencil would conflict with the pasted images included in the last two comics (inc. this one). ^^
