Okay! Another one done. This one is a bit different, as I included two characters. Saki and Hiro are almost like two halves of the same Evo, so I thought it would interesting to put them in the same ref sheet. Two of my oldest characters, who not only have been there ever since I created my story, but also have gone through a few changes and even their names changed. I don't have any modern art of them, other than their redesigned and renamed version which appears in page 33, but I did find a 10 year old digital drawing of their previous appearance https://sta.sh/018wk0vnar92 . Curiously enough, originally they were Dingoes. That was changed eventually to fit my story better. Making them into Shibe's was the only way to keep their appearance as similar to their original form.
"Reaching the last years of their lives, Hiro and Saki did the best they could to help their Canis Major and their beloved equals. It was their duty. Both highly trained Engineers, they dedicated their lives to improve Canis Major and keep it alive. As descendants of The Originals, they worked non-stop together with Kalem as part of his team, up until the very end if that were the case. Unfortunately, they never had the chance to continue the species due to their commitment. All of their pack had now passed of old age, leaving them as last of their bloodline; a reality of many Evos back before Year Zero due to their short life span.
Year Zero happened and miraculously they survived. Eventually, the Retcans offered them the gift of the DNA readjustment treatment known as RE-GEN, which fixed the 'killswitch' DNA code every Evo had. This also as a secondary effect, restarted cellular regeneration, giving them with time a young body once again. Saki and Hiro as many old Evos after Year Zero were now in their prime once again. They could continue on with their passionate duty, maintaining and improving Canis Major for an indefinite period of time. Saki and Hiro were there to make Project D.E a reality, helping Kalem in every step of the way. Nowadays, they are part of the D.E Development Team, as on-board system engineers and communications."
