Marle is a enigma when it comes to propriety and part of that circles back around to how she is mentally. She works with a fracture mind that can be made whole with assistance and when she's in a clear state of mind, she is very proper and savvy. However, she also loves showing off and getting attention that way since it makes her feel good to be admired. This sort of outfit accomplishes both goals for her and is typically one of her favorites to wear. Appropriate enough to be out in public, revealing enough to get that attention she craves. It's an odd dichotomy that even she is unclear where she got it from or why she feels compelled to continue. Either way, Marle is a pretty lady!
