Is there a place you have always dreamed of being nude in public? Like either in secret or in full view? (A large place or a small place?)
The truth is, while I love my mom and dad, their views on nudity and body positivity are a lot more conservative than mine. So, when I started getting interested in nudism, I started in the privacy of my own room. And if I ever had to step out, I'd just throw on my bathrobe. It's a lot faster than getting fully dressed. But for some damned reason, they still complain about it!
So what if I'm not wearing anything underneath my robe? It still covers more of my body than if I was walking around in my underwear like Dad does! Jeez, Mom! *sigh*
Before you ask, yes, I have considered moving out. The thing is, though, living on Long Island is expensive so I'd have to get a newer, better paying job to afford it, and moving somewhere less expensive and farther away would mean getting another job anyway. That's a whole other headache I'm not ready to deal with, especially while I'm still in college.
So for now, I'll just grin and not bear it. But still, a bird can dream. I've done some research on nudist-friendly areas of the world. Apparently, a number of European countries are a lot more lax on their stances on public nudity, and have a ton of clothing-optional beaches and resorts.
