Character Description
Flip-flopping between prideful and arrogant to submissive and breedable, Kaine (now going by Fleur) is a former member of the Eggman Empire. After betraying the doctor during a battle against Sonic and the Freedom Fighters, the echidna now lives in hiding, moving from place to place in fear of retribution from Eggman as well as punishment for their crimes while serving him.
Personality
Cocky, flirtatious, arrogant, at least as all goes their way. When Fleur loses control of a situation, she becomes irritable, and often makes many mistakes a more controlled villain would not make.

Background/History
Kaine lived with his father and Kina until one day his father kicked him out. Shortly after this, Delmar and Kina moved so Kaine could not find them. For a time, the echidna was homeless, unsure what to do with his life until one day he was present for a conflict between the Freedom Fighters and the Eggman Empire. Enthralled by Eggman's presence and technology, the echidna sought him out and begged to join the Empire.
Years later, Kaine became a blindly loyal servant of the Eggman Empire. Serving the Empire gave him a sense of purpose, as well as a superiority complex and ego to boot. Although he saw himself far above other Mobians, Kaine was hardly the chess master he presented himself as in comparison to Eggman or Dr. Starline, able to think only one or two moves ahead while more trained minds could plan three or four steps ahead of him. While serving the Empire, Kaine would develop a sexual attraction not only towards Eggman, but Starline as well, though the two often clashed for the doctor's attention. He would also form a rivalry between himself and a strange hedgehog named Blitz, who had also ended up joining the Empire. Not blessed with any sort of powers or abilities, and being of a weaker build, Kaine relied on mechs of old (the Big Arm being a favourite) to aid him in combat. While cool and confident in the moment, when his machinations go astray, he is quick to lose his composure, and often makes mistake after mistake, which often lead to Kaine's defeat, as well as beatings from Eggman.
As time went on, however, Kaine soon began to have a change of heart. When not on active duty, Kaine would float around the general public, going by the name of Fleur to engage in one-night stands. These moments of solace and bliss began to weigh heavy on the echidna, wanting the peace of their new lifestyle, only to wake up every morning and return to the oppressive Empire. This would come to a head during a battle between Sonic the Hedgehog and Doctor Eggman, where Sonic would be saved by the echidna, the two forming an unlikely alliance to deliver a crushing defeat to the doctor. Knowing that he would not simply be forgiven for all he had done, Kaine slipped away to go into hiding, forsaking his name and going by Fleur from that day forward.

A PDA/smartphone that allows her to operate Eggman Empire facilities, as well as a watch-like shield generator, allowing him to create a Blue Shield, Lightning Barrier, Fire Shield, etc, though it is a one-time use device, as it breaks upon use.
