Viola Vixx is Victoria and Vivian's mother, and wife of Victor. She's not nearly as ruthless as Victor, but a lot of mystery surrounds her due to her rarely ever interacting or speaking with anyone, and it's unclear what her stance or motives are, and this makes her just as scary, in a different way.

It is even unknown how she feels about Victoria's defiance of Victor's will, and despite Victoria trying to get her to open up, she's still very quiet and distant.

Whether Viola will eventually gather the courage to make her feelings known remains to be seen.
