Victor Vixx is Victoria and Vivian's father, and the extremely wealthy CEO of Lobocorp, the largest conglomerate and manufacturer of technology and magical goods in Zephyr, and possibly all of Peacemarsh. He and Viola live in their mansion in the countryside on the outskirts of Zephyr.
It is unknown exactly how he got his wealth, but Victoria has little doubt he had done some shady things to get it.
Victor's wealth and influence means that he also has a lot of political connections and sway in Zephyr's various bodies of government, although the king still doesn't entirely trust him.
Despite being middle-aged, he has a lot of vitality and fight in him, and is relentless in crushing competition, be it business or personal.
He has a vested interest in capturing Draggyn for research at his company, even if he has to go through his own daughter to do so.
