This is a very old thing. Done back in my clean days this was supposed to be my Magnum Opus.
But after putting 40+ hours into it I couldn't work on it anymore. This was all colored with a mouse! Killed my wrist. I didn't have a tablet back then.

Dude... I remember those days, too. I'd painstakingly paint in each color or each scale.. How'd you get those scales on the body? Did you do this in illustrator? Maybe Photoshop, but... ? :O
