Background/History
Grew up in a very conservative household of close-minded (some would even say speciesist), traditional lizards whose ancestors have been reported to have been dragons. Some dragon-like traits have been observed in his life and the lives of his siblings (two sisters), so there may be some truth to that. But his parents have always been propagandists towards their children in saying things like "Dragons deserve to rule over these subclass species... Furs should serve scales, like they always have done!" etc.
Basically, Venge GTFO'ed as soon as he turned 19, giving himself a new identity in the process. He didn't care for the propaganda, and once he left he quickly developed a liking for mammals and other furs. Especially the ladies.
Obtained odd work here and there before landing a well-paying job for the notorious Dr. Eggman. Never personally interfaced with the man (he's got an Empire to run, after all), but that just made it easier for him to scan the contents of the packages and sneak an anonymous report over to L'Resistance. If those packages happen to be intercepted, then oh well. (He's a fan of Tails the Fox, so that's why he's helping them out!)
Met Serenity Lopez in between jobs, instantly enamored. Moved into her place about a week after first encountering her, and they've been together ever since.
Met Ms. Mocha Rabbit when she brought home Serenity late one night after a very painful and bad date. (The jerk was abusive.) While Venge helped nurse Serenity back to health, Mocha watched and became entranced with their relationship. A few days later, she was kicked out of her living situation, and Venge and Serenity graciously let her move in to their place. Serenity and Venge absorbed Mocha into their family within the next few days as a friend and partner.
On Mother's Day 2017, Mocha gave birth to her first daughter by Venge, and they named her Medley. Though Venge had fathered a few other children before this point in time, the others stayed in the mothers' possession after birth, so Medley is the closest child he has, and she has him wrapped around her little finger.
Relatives/Family
Blood relatives: one father, one mother, two sisters (older and younger than him). Not present in his life, status unknown.
Dependents: two life partners (Serenity and Mocha), one daughter (Medley)
Past relationships: too many to list, steadily grows with time; unknown (but <10?) number of children from various hookups

Body
Not a typical SonicOC/Mobian body shape! If you think more like Vector the Croc but with less upper-body muscle, you'll get close.
The reddish section of his tail is hereditary, and separates him and his family from other armadillo girdled lizard OCs that may be depicted. As in, other families may use different colors for that section of tail.
Clothing
"Dressed" when he wears his white sneakers, his white cuffs (which used to be part of some gloves, but the actual hand parts were ripped off long ago), and his bolo necktie.
