Probably to use a taboo-related skill in front of enough enemies/npcs that randomly generated, really shameful names start to pop up, and everyone begins to ostracize him. Then, probably a quest to actually find out what you're being called in the whispers. But oh ho ho, once you do...You have to accept what you're called! Essentially, it's a randomized class name xD but something definitely derisive, that really tries to highlight your negative points in a snappy name, and maybe the comments that litter your reputation can serve as a little subtitle to the class.
It would probably go from "Hermit" to "Pariah" or something hehehe x3
