This reminds me of a card from the card game HEX. They had a race that was Native American themed coyotes called coyotle. One of the named dudes (think MTG legendary creature) had, like, "fallen" and been brainwashed by crazy and they looked a lot like this only with purple instead of red. I can't remember the name of it unfortunately and a lot of links related to HEX don't work anymore. :(

I believe the coyotle was called Void Star, the Sightless, this picture reminds me of the card Demented Whispers.

I miss HEX quite a lot, I loved all the coyotle cards and the art in the game.

Yeah, that's it. And I miss HEX, too.

I think there was another card that featured Void Star. It had her and she was in pain and having memories of her time from before the crazy.

Took me a bit to find that one too, I vaguely remembered it so thankfully it wasn't that hard to find online. Fleeting Memories

I think there are a couple more cards that feature her, one being an alternative art card of a chaostouched totem or something.
