Background: In the Forest Mountain Kingdom of Nylon, where the Ancient race Known as the Centaur are known to reside, a young Centaur Child was born. The Centaur was born a boy named Aminos. He was the son of his mother Amathike and his father, Idomanos who was the King of the Centaurs. The Queen of the Centaurs, Antia, was wife to Idomanos and older sister to Amathike.

For years, Amathike longed for a child of her own, but she and her husband could not become with child before his death. As a favor to her sister, Queen Antia asked her husband to give Amathike the child she longed for. After spending a night together, Amathike was carrying the Kings child inside her.

Aminos was born with an upper human body with pale skin, hair that was black along with a strand of white and Light-purple eyes. His lower body was that of a horse with brown fur, along with white long spots along his lower body. He also had a black haired tail that also had a strand of white.

Aminos also had two older half-siblings, a brother named Samalus and a sister Kalare. Aminos was very loving, but very fast Centaur. He loved to run and jump in the fields of Nylon as a boy. When he turned 10 years old, his abilities within him awakened. Centaurs are known to posses unique abilities and they only activate when a Centaur turns ten.

Aminos has two gifts. The first was his vision, he was able to see even the smallest things from a far distance. The second ability was even greater, Aminos was half-immortal. He would continue to age, but at a slow rate. Aminos was trained and tutored in the ways of the Centaur, mainly by his father. Aminos was well loved by his family and treated like a prince.

During his training, Aminos learned to fight with his lower and upper body, use a sword and shield, archery, swimming, running, galloping, jumping and possessed great strength even though his upper half looked like an average human. Aminos also liked to walk through the woods to clear his head, look at the night sky and see the forests and mountains from the highest peak. Aminos even liked to stand under the waterfalls to get clean.

Aminos became a skilled warrior and knighted by the time he was eighteen, but looked rather young because of his gift. The one thing he hated was having to wear the heavy steel armor worn by Centaurs when they went into battle. Aminos felt the armor was tight and couldn’t move as fast as he normally would.

Aminos would also travel the lands outside of the Nylon kingdom. He would often encounter and try to run from poachers, slave traders and the giant spiders that lurked deep within the forests. Whenever he was bound or cocooned, Aminos would struggle constantly to get free.

Aminos knew from fact that the giant spider race liked to capture Centaurs and keep them alive as trophies. Their webs were very thick and strong, making them hard to break even for a centaur.

Aminos proved not just to be a skilled and Valiant Centaur, but also a beloved son and sibling, as well as a Well Manored Prince.
