I had this vision of Valerie Velociraptor at an oasis while "Sahara Woman" by Kazino was playing in my memory, so I followed up quick and made it real (all in one sitting, about 9 hours). Hope you enjoy :)

part of the background looks similar to the background style they used in the Flintstones.

plus the charcter looks a bit like an female avian version of the pet Dinos.
(color/shading, parts of the face)
