Background: In Yonkers, New York was born a boy Bear named Charlie. He had Brown Fur and Gray Eyes. Charlie also had a Twin Brother, a black Bear named Marley. Charlie was Born to very Disturbing Parents. His Father was an alcoholic and Drug user and his mother was a deranged lunatic. Charlie and his brother were put in the Foster Care System after they were born, but kept together.

Charlie grew up a happy loving boy, but when he and his brother turned 13, they started acting Strange. They were taken to a doctor who prescribed both Boys Medication, believing they had ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). Charlie and Marley were doing fine and were acting normal, but as they got older, the boys mental conditions got worse to the point the meds had no effect. Charlie and his brother started laughing constantly, but Charlie had delusions, believing he was in a Futuristic Reality.

The Doctor was unable to determine what kind of mental disorder they had. Charlie and his brother had no signs of tumors or any abnormalities in their brains. Charlie and Marley were kept Hospitalized, but had to be restrained given their conditions. After they both turned 18, Charlie and his brother were transferred to a Mental Hospital in the Swiss Alps called the Tickle Asylum.

Charlie was kept in Straitjacket, Padded socks and a diaper. He constantly struggled and looked at his feet for no reason and acted dumb. On the weekends, Charlie was given a Pill that made him act like normal animal. He would be washed then dressed in a suit and tie and taken to the Asylums Elegance Club where he and his brother would socialize and dance for the night.

While in his padded cell, Charlie would still laugh without reason, but he did laugh constantly when he was being tickled. That was Charlie’s Routing while at the Tickle Asylum. Being restrained, tickled, medicated and Elegantly dressed.
