Background: In the City of Bellingham, Washington was born a Baby Boy Fox named Frank. He had mixed brown and beige fur and Green Eyes. Frank was Born to his Fox mother who Died due to complications from Birth and his father wasn’t in the picture.

Frank was send to live in a Group home. As a Child, Frank was rather troublesome. Since he was Eight Years Old, Frank kept getting sent home from Summer Camp because he kept Tying up other Campers to trees. The same was said at school. He had boys tied up and gagged and thrown into their lockers. But what no one could understand is that all the boys Frank tied up were Foxes. Franks one Obsession was picturing himself dressed in a Fancy suit and Tie and imagined the Foxes he tied up in the same way.

Frank was sent to counseling, his teachers and group family did all they could, but Frank just kept tying up any Male Fox. After he Turned 18, Frank left Washington and went on his own. He made his way to California where he encountered a Male Fox who was a Wealthy Tycoon. Frank broke into his house and had him Bound and Gagged. To the Tycoons Surprise, Frank didn’t Steal any of his Money or Priceless Artifacts. Frank left the Fox tycoon tied up, only taking a small amount of cash and a few of his dress suits and Ties that were just his size.

Frank traveled the states, sleeping in motels. When encountering another Fox, he would follow them to their homes and have them bound and gagged. Sometimes he would wear the suits for pleasure. Frank would leave the Foxes tied up and steal their Suits and ties that fit him. Frank eventually made the News and was made a wanted criminal. Frank was sitting at a bar in Iowa trying to plan his next move, when a Rottweiler approached him. The dog introduced himself to Frank as Vincent.

Vincent told Frank that he heard about him and his crimes on the news and looked him up. When Frank asked Vincent how he found him, Vincent only said he liked to find anyone that intrigued him. Vincent then explained he liked how Frank worked in Bondage and told him there was a place for animals like him. Vincent then told Frank of the Bondage Facility and offered him a place there. Frank told Vincent he would accept the offer as long as he got to keep doing what he liked.

Vincent had Frank follow him out back where his car was parked. Before Frank could even open the door, he was grabbed, then stuffed in a sack and tossed in the trunk. Frank squirmed for a while, then felt very tired and passed out. Frank awoke after feeling someone tap on his head. He managed to get out of the sack and found himself in an apartment. He then saw Vincent who welcomed him to the Bondage Facility.

Vincent explained that Frank would be living at the Facility from that moment on and that arraignments would be made so no one could find him. Frank took a rather long tour of the Facility, then explained he liked to Bind and gag male Foxes while sometimes wearing a suit and tie. Frank was given his own session room where he requested a few Closets with no doors.

Frank found plenty of Foxes at the Facility. Frank would have the Foxes knocked out, taken back to his session room and have his way with them. Frank would have the Foxes bound and Gagged to a chair, sometimes dressed in a Suit and tie. He would have his Bound Foxes dragged into the closet and lock them inside for a while. Frank would go a little extreme by having the Fox stuffed into an inflated sack, put in the closet and seal it up with bricks. He would talk to them, acting like they were enjoying it.

When not doing Bondage, Frank would get all dressed up and go to the Ball Room to Socialize with others. The one thing Frank disliked was being put through Bondage himself. Sometimes he would be put in a Straitjacket, be bound and gagged himself, even mummified alive. Frank did hate being bound, but as long as he got to Tie up and gag all the Foxes in The Facility, he was rather Happy.
