Character Description
She is a bit shy, but very happy, she has two relatives called Te and Ru, they are two teru teru dolls that enhance their abilities with weather magic.
She uses wind and water magic, she always carries an umbrella which is her catalyst and protection from the rain. She is skilled at it, but she is just learning. The tiger on top of her is her in a chibi animal form.

Background/History
