This is a scene from an RP done with my friend Wonald, commissioned by my other friend Jkazzy as as a bit of a Christmas gift for him. He doesn't know the contents of the diaper commercial scene but I did so I took it upon myself to provide the imagery myself. There are a few changes to the original scene (Mickey originally wore some pajamas too) but it still works.

Mickey went back up to the table and was completely undressed. "W-What does this mean?" The monkey says covering his crotch in shame.
"You have to wear one of these for the commercial." The stylist says pulling out a light blue diaper, unlike the previous diapers, this one was thin. "The commercial is as follows: You will be in a bed, wetting this diaper so much that it will leak and wet the bed. Then you must read your lines and then use our diaper. Then your little boyfriend comes in to show the feminine diapers, advertising them and saying that they are so good that even the boys want to wear them. "
Mickey's face turned red again when he heard all that, that explains why they insisted that they drink so much water and juice.
The monkey made the little show of talking about how normal diapers are not enough to contain the accidents of the big boys and how these big diapers contain more liquid. They are softer and cuter.
Eclipse looked around and grumbled. "I guess I should have known I wouldn't be getting off easy..." He sighed and made his way over to Mickey. "Alright... let's hurry and get this over with."
It was Eclipse's turn to humiliation by appearing like a baby sissy on camera once more, but this time saying how feminine diapers are so good that even the bad guys want to wear them. The commercial ended with them hugging and wetting their diapers in an improvised way.
At least they got the pajamas and diaper packs free for their good work and humiliation.
