Ellie loves to read. She will happily sit down anywhere, pull out a book, and just read for hours. Her local library did a reading challenge where kids were asked to read 100 books over a summer. She completed it twice over - not intending to of course, it just happened.*
Not pictured here is Rachel, sat in the tree above her but playing games on her Switch. Ellie would join her, but as I've said before, Badgers don't climb trees.
(* Incidentally, this is based on something that actually happened when I used to work in a library. One girl managed to read around two hundred and fifty books during the three months of the Summer Reading Challenge. Which by anybody's standard, is pretty impressive. I wonder what Evie's doing now...)
