Chief Engineer Eleanor Rigby is known for her great height, being one of the tallest members of Starfleet in her day. This was because she was born a form of gigantism. Unfortunately, her gigantism put a lot of strain on her joints and it caused a lot of pain. She is able to deal with her joint pain thanks to the advanced medicines of the future.
