Everyone knows how often Ozzie regresses. Most of the time, he regresses himself using his magic, but this time was different. As an adult, Ozzie had a terrible tummy ache. Luckily, Luna knew of a cure that would empty him out. As he did, she had to hold his diaper up to contain it all, and he ended up dumping out more than just his stomach problems, but also his age! Now he is just a little baby again who is in need of a much smaller diaper. X3
