Myrcella, the Buneary woke up one morning and moved her legs to lay off of the side of the bed as she stretched her arms and sat up. She rubbed her eyes and looked around her room. It was the same room she always slept in.

The bed was covered with a sort of awning that attached to the foot of the bed and the head of it by poles that had carvings in them, followed by metallic highlights to give the cured wood an elegant look. The rest of the room had her usual bedroom things. A vanity mirror with her make-up in the various drawers, there was a closet that she used to hide in to play hide and seek with the guards. Now it just hold her clothing. Various dresses that a younger eleven year old princess would wear.

There was a couple doors that lead to the bathroom and main hall, as-well as the almost blinding various decorations Myrcella had in her room. The chandelier had clear small gems hanging off on it, and most of the furniture and even some of the walling had a gold like material inscribed on it. She took a moment to prepare herself for the visual assault that all the shiny decor would often cause her in the beginning of the day before she stood up and made her way to the closet. She put on a random dress she had hung up and put her pajamas away in a drawer that held her various sleep wear.

Passing by the nightstand and various toys she used to play with when she was younger, the young princess went into the bathroom and grabbed her toothbrush. She put a generous glob of bubblegum flavored toothpaste on the brush before she started brushing her teeth. She watched a small clock she had on her bathroom counter so she knew when to spit out the concoction of chemicals that kept your teeth healthy. She spat it out after a couple minutes and rinsed the toothbrush off while the toothpaste ran down the drain. She then stopped the water and put the toothbrush back before taking the couple doors out into the main hall.

A Lucario guard that was standing across of Myrcella’s door and dressed in the royal guards uniform of red with white accents stood up straight as he saw the door opening, and the young princess walking out.

“Good morning Myrcella! The dining room is ready to have you whenever you’d like breakfast. Your mother and father are busy with meetings at the moment, but please let me know if I can entertain you somehow your highness.”

The Lucario spoke in that sort of overenthusiastic way that all of the Pokémon who knew Myrcella used. As if she was so delicate, she was made out of glass instead of being a living thing. It used to make her feel… loved. Almost magical when the tones were paired with the glamour of the estate she lived at. But now it’s just… tiring.

“Thank you, I think I’ll head down there. And good morning to you too.”

As Myrcella walked through the well lit hall, she wondered what to do in order to pass the time. She knew her parents would be busy like usual, so that was out of the question. The guards used to be fun to play hide and seek with and the like, but Myrcella mostly did that when she was five or so years younger. And it annoyed her now when they would purposely not find her and avoid her in order for her to win. So that wasn’t going to happen. She ultimately decided on visiting the library after breakfast.

Once she sat at the large dining table, a female pikachu came out rather quickly and greeted the princess before going back into the kitchen and serving her a cup of milk, a cup of fresh orange juice, a slice of just baked quiche, and some small fruits cut up and arranged on a small plate to the side. Myrcella gave an honest thanks to the maid before the maid went back into the kitchen as Myrcella started to eat.

As she ate, she wondered about what book to read after she was done. At least, the books that she had access to. She knew there was a ‘special’ section where the books went that she was allowed to read. The other books she guessed had something to either do with her parent’s work, history, or something else adults like.

After she finished her meal, she patted her mouth with a small napkin that was provided and left the plates and empty cups there as the maids asked her to do, even when she insisted to bring them herself to help them with their work. She left the dining room and went to the library then.

The library was slightly less well lit than the rest of the estate. There was enough light to certainly see everything due to the wall mounted candles and occasional lamp fixture, but it wasn’t as bright as everywhere else. Myrcella would sometimes retreat here once she felt overwhelmed by the garish lights and decor that once in a while gave her a headache. The library was often not used. This place offered Myrcella a calm, empty space when she wanted time to relax.

She looked at the various shelves she could access and ran her fingers against the spines of various child friendly titles until her hand stopped at a book that caught her eye.

“The adventures of captain Andy Trout” was about a captain that made his living from sailing the seas and using his vessel to transport various goods to the other nations who needed it. She found it boring when she was younger, so she never read it. But now, it sounded like the kind of book she needed.

She read the book and eagerly speedily read through the various details of the captains adventures. From the rare bickering of the crew, to the various lands and cities they had the opportunity to explore. That’s when Myrcella made her mind up. She would sneak out on a ship in the port and travel to have her own experiences. Have her own adventure worthy of a book.

The princess checked an ornate clock on the wall. It was already ten thirty. The morning guard shift rotation already happened. She would have to kill time until the evening rotation. She could sneak out then.

Until then, she had time to kill. She put the book back where it came from and looked out the library window. From the view, she could see the side garden that had various expertly trimmed bushes and well taken care of flowers. There was the worker’s quarters on the other side of the garden. The building was obviously less fancy, but it was still a solid sand colored house that could fit many a worker comfortably in it’s walls. Myrcella had an idea then.

She went back to her room and grabbed a few gold pieces she was given as an allowance weekly. She then stashed the gold in her dress pocket and walked out towards the garden entrance. She used the map in her head of the estate to somewhat easily get to the door which lead outside.

Myrcella was greeted by a cool late morning breeze to the face as she stepped outside. The air smelling of roses and various other nice smelling plants. If she wasn’t purposefully on her way to the worker’s quarters, she would have spent more time in the garden to relax.

Making her way through the garden and giving the usual smile and wave to any groundskeepers that saw her and greeted her, Myrcella eventually got to the front of the quarters. She listened carefully right outside of the front door for any signs of activity. There wasn’t any sounds. After looking around to make sure she wouldn’t be seen, the princess quickly walked into the quarters and started scanning the area for any smaller outfits.

It didn’t take her long to find a small outfit that was… well, it wasn’t falling apart. But it wasn’t fancy. Her first thought was that it was various rags stitched together to make an outfit. Although closer inspection shown it was simply a cloth outfit. It looked to be her size too.

She stuffed the outfit under her dress and pulled out the gold. She put the gold pieces under the pillow of the bed where the outfit was laying. Figuring it wasn’t really stealing if she paid. It was more like buying at an up-sell.

She quickly made her way back into the estate with what felt like contraband on her body. She went back to her room and stashed the outfit inside one of her nightstand drawers. She then decided to take a nap and rest up before the evening. Even though she was excited to get out of the estate and to explore, she also slept for a few hours.
——-

After she eventually woke, she got up and stashed her rag outfit back into her dress and walked out towards the side entrance. She watched the nearby wall mounted clock until it matched the time she knew that the current guards were going to end their shifts, then snuck out of the side.

Once she got outside, her heart started to race. She was really doing this. Pure adrenaline ruining through her veins as she carefully, yet quickly made her way into an empty shack that was on the very edge of the estate grounds. She took her dress off after she laid her simple cloth clothes out. She stashed her dress under some rubble, then put the cloth outfit on. It immediately felt itchy on her skin. Even with her fur, the rough, borderline raw material irritated her skin which was only used to the softest and most refined clothes.

She tried to ignore the itching as she scanned the wall for an exit. She eventually saw the single cast iron door that the workers used to quietly leave the grounds whenever they had to leave for groceries or any other needed items.

Myrcella went to the door and saw a really tired looking pangoro who sat next to the door and slept. She carefully approached the door and tried to open it, but it was locked. The rusty door made an awful screeching as the door shown no signs of giving way.

The loud metallic dragging woke the pangoro up. He groggily looked around and blinked his eyes once he saw Myrcella. His eyes traveled from her panicked face to the door.

“Uhh… forgot your key little one? No worries. Just leave it in the door. No-one comes here to trespass anyway.”

The pangoro put his crew key into the door and turned it for Myrcella before nodding back to sleep. She was extremely thankful that the pangoro didn’t recognize her. She opened the door, passed by it, then closed it behind her before leaving the grounds for the first time in quite a while.

Once Myrcella got out of the estate grounds, it didn’t take long for her to notice the visible decline in how the places looked. In the town, once she followed to cobblestone road to the town, she was greeted by various wooden stalls and simple brick and plaster houses. No ornamental decor on anything, just essentially four walls and a roof with a door. Windows if the building maker got excited about it. Although from the faint smoke stains from some holes in a few walls, it looked like some of the more explosive Pokémon made their own version of homemade ‘windows’.

The stone was rough of Myrcella’s feet. Even though she had basic cloth foot coverings, she could still feel every indent in the stone as she walked along and tried to look for any sign that pointed to the docks.

Amongst the various buildings, there was a tavern. Myrcella remembered from the book she read that sailors and pirates often treated taverns as a sort of second haven when they were on land. Not having any other possible lead, the princess in disguise pushed open the tavern door and was immediately assaulted by the loud noise of drunken Pokémon and gruff laughter that was previously contained by the walls and door. She tried not to listen too much and even tried to use the tips of her ears as ear muffs while she entered the tavern.

The tavern was mostly full of various working class Pokémon that needed a drink after a hard day of manual labor, or work that involved using their specific type of power. No-one paid attention to Myrcella as she walked past the crowded stools and rowdy patrons.

She sat in one of the few empty tables and looked around. The smoky, almost fog like air that filled the tavern was as easy on her eyes as it was easy on her lungs. She gave a small cough which got the attention of a mewtwo that was dressed in above average attire when it came to the working class. They wore a crimson vest with a matching color coat that ran down towards the floor. With dark black pants and black boots that had a copper buckle across the flaps.

“Aay, what’s a small thing like you doing ‘round here?”

The mewtwo asked as he sat at Myrcella’s table without even asking her first. Their accent clearly not from around here. Their accent was southern. The obvious lack of manners and seemingly lack of caring struck her with surprise, but she did her best to hide her surprise… which wasn’t well. The mewtwo studied the clothing of Myrcella’s.

“Ah… you poor thing. I can tell from you’re expression that you just got thrown to the street. How would you like a job on my ship? I could use a small one to move cargo.”

Myrcella’s eyes twinkled as she thought about the ship she read about in the book. She didn’t need to think about the work offer than much.

“Yes! Sure. Can I start today?”

The mewtwo smiled and nodded.

“Aye. I like the attitude! Let me finish my drink, then I’ll take you to meet the crew you’ll be working with.”

The mewtwo drank the rest of his ale, then paid the barman. After than, they gestured for Myrcella to follow, which she did without asking any questions.

The two walked around and took various paths and roads until the two got to the docks. They walked along the planks that made up the docks. The salty air a welcome change to the smoky interior or that tavern. It took a couple minutes of passing by various fishers and the like before the two came across a decently sized vessel.

“Is that your ship, mister…?”

“Avery. Avery the captain. And indeed she is. She’s my pride and also my moneymaker. Come, I’ll introduce you two to a couple of the swabs you’ll be working with. We’re going to be heading out to Vandaria starting tomorrow. It’s an allied nation that often does trade with this one. So the destination should be somewhat similar to here in terms of how the buildings and all that look.”

The captain stopped at the gangway that lead to the ship which featured a few good cannons and guns on the sides, just to be safe. They looked down at Myrcella with a raised eyebrow.

“Before we get on board, I didn’t get your name…”

Feeling as if she was caught, Myrcella started to panic. Her mind raced for any sort of name. Anything she could call herself to avoid suspicion. She didn’t want to take long, so she blurted out the first thing that came to mind.

“Missy- My name is Missy, my captain.”

Avery stood there studying the pre-teen lair as they thought about the name. After a moment of tension, Avery stood back up normally.

“Pleasure to meet you Missy. You’ll be a good addition. Just make sure you work hard, then rest when you have the chance after your work is done.”

Avery said before leading the way onto the main deck. Myrcella’s eyes glimmered with hope of an adventure. She barely noticed the subtle rocking of the idle ship as she followed the captain down into the level where the cannons were. with cannon balls and gunpowder next to the cannons.

Past the cannons was a couple rough looking blankets on the floor. As-well as two younger Pokémon. They looked to be the same age as Myrcella.

“The one leaning against the wall sleeping is Flynn. He’s… A valued member of the crew that manages whatever pests may invade the boat while we’re docked. Even if the others don’t take him seriously, we all appreciate his work. The one cleaning the cannon over there is Marley. He’s as hard a worker as they come. You’ll be working with these two starting tomorrow. For now, get used to the ship. And make sure to have dinner later.”

After Avery pointed to the sleeping Litten and Riolu respectfully, he left the three to get acquainted. Both of the boys wore tattered clothing, except their cloth clothes were white and blue striped. With Flynn wearing an old fisherman’s hat that must have had holes cut into the brim so his ears could stick through it.

Myrcella quietly walked to the busy Marley and gave a small wave. He wiped his brow and put the dirty rag he was using down for a moment as he looked Myrcella over.

“You’re new then? A pleasure to meet you! I’m Marley as the Cap’tin said. I usually do… well, whatever is needed. Right now that’s just idle cleaning before we ship out tomorrow though. The real work will be tomorrow between the adults navigating, and the smaller ones like us sorting cargo so that way it’s all set for when we arrive, plus cleaning, any maintenance work that needs done, helping the cooks in the galley… It goes on. But all the work makes time go by fast.”

“Okay- I didn’t ask the captain. What’s the pay here?”

Myrcella asked out of curiosity. She wasn’t hurting for money by any means obviously, but she wondered what such apparent hard work earned Marley.

“We git a couple copper pieces for each day we’re on the sea. It’s not as much as the adults get, but what we don’t git paid, we get in food and lodging.”

Marley sounded really appreciative of the job he had. He pointed over to the sleeping Flynn to show their lodging. It… wasn’t the best example. Especially for what Myrcella was used to. She also couldn’t believe the two younger Pokémon got a measly two or three copper for a whole day’s work. This was a lot more real than she expected. Even so, she still looked forward to the adventure. She nodded while she listened to Marley talk and was taken off guard when she heard a sharp sounding bell ring.

“It’s dinn’ time! Flynn, wake up! We got dinner.”

Flynn eventually stirred awake from the bell and his friend who was trying his best to wake him up. An extremely groggy and tired look on his face. As if the small Litten just got done working days in a row without sleep. His exhausted eyes glanced over to Myrcella. He gave a small wave as he stood up.

“Ello. Nice to meet you.”

He greeted Myrcella. Before She or Marley could say what her name was, Flynn made his way down the stairs where Myrcella assumed was they ate. Marley gestured for her to follow him, so she did. Past the cannons and down the stairs that lead to a sort of hallway. The bare wooden walls only lit by various small slits cut into the outer hall to allow sunlight to naturally light the interior. The doorways that the two passed by mostly contained various adult bunks and a room that had various containers, and an open large tub of water. Myrcella guessed that was where they either bathed, did their laundry… or both.

As the two got closer to their destination at the end of the hall, the air started to smell of a pretty good meal. Myrcella’s stomach growled as she entered the dining area. Her stomach reminding her that she skipped lunch and her usual early afternoon snack so she could sneak out of her family’s estate.

Various long wooden benches and long tables used like a mass cafeteria eating area. Mounted candles lit up the interior with a faint amber glow and various adult Pokémon were gathered around a sort of window that separated the galley from the actual dining room. Once the adults got their plates of food, they quickly sat down and started eating.

The younger Pokémon had to wait in line for a bit. The aroma of fresh fish teasing Myrcella’s stomach as much as it teased her nose. She self-consciously put her arms over her stomach in an attempt to make her stomach less noisy. Marley tapped Myrcella on the shoulder once he saw her awkward positioning.

“It’s okay- we all get hungry here. Dockside meals are the best too. I think you’ll like it.”

Once the two got to the window, they took their trays that already had freshly caught and deboned fish pan fried with a side of mashed potatoes and watered down cheap rum as a drink.

The two quietly ate once they found a couple unoccupied seats. Marley found it odd how Missy used the silverware so much to eat when he and the other crew would simply use their hands to eat fish, but he didn’t question it. Even if it got a couple glances from the other crew.

Once the two ate, Marley stretched out his hands and smiled brightly. He shown Missy where the trays and silverware went in the galley once they were used. He then explained how they would be counted on during the days at sea to clean the trays if there wasn’t much else to do. But for now, they were allowed to rest.

Missy didn’t know the time since there was a lack of clocks in the ship’s interior, but she guessed it had to be around 8 or maybe 9. The sun quickly must have fell while they were eating, and the ambient light of the sun was now replaced by a muted moonlight.

Once the younger two headed back to where they met, they saw Flynn was already under a blanket and sleeping for the night. Marley laid on the floor next to Flynn and scooter under the blanket. Making Flynn share it.

It took Missy a few moments of staring at the two to realize she was supposed to sleep the same way. She wondered in she could sneak into one of the adult’s cots. But she didn’t want to get in trouble. She grabbed a blanket that was to the side and laid on some of it to use as a buffer so she wasn’t sleeping just on the hard wood. She then closed her eyes and tried to sleep. She couldn’t sleep right away, but she did fall asleep eventually.
——-

Missy woke up in the early morning. Her body sending her clear signs of discomfort as her joints were stiff and her muscles were in pain from the night on the ground. She wondered how the two still sleeping younger Pokémon slept like this nightly when she woke up so pained.

Before she could take a seat somewhere to rest her body when she felt a sudden shift to the front. Followed by the ship rocking back and forth. It took her a minute to realize the ship was moving. She retraced her steps from yesterday so she ended up on the main deck that overlooked the sea. She went to the side and watched as they left her home. A thrill shooting up her spine as she left the prison she once called her mansion when she was younger.

She watched the estate and docks get smaller and smaller as the view was slowly replaced by more deep blue sea. The waves sometimes having a white cap when the salty breeze hit them.

Once the thrill of leaving her home wore off, it was replaced with something a lot less pleasant. Myrcella felt a deep queasy feeling in her gut. Feeling like she was going to be sick, Myrcella hung her head over the railing. She stood there as the sun slowly rose. She didn’t keep track of how long she was there, she just focused on breathing and making sure she was okay.

A few of the early working sailors asked if she was okay. She would always quickly answer along the lines of ‘yes, thank you.’ And leave the sailors struck by her higher class accent. It was starting to slip out since she was so sore and sick, she didn’t care about hiding where she was from at this moment.

“Oh- good morn’. You don’t look good.”

Flynn said as he walked up to Missy. He looked at her face and almost knew instantly that she was feeling ill. He probably seen stuff like this happen before. At least, that’s what Missy thought.

“Give me a minute- I’ll be right back.”

Flynn quickly disappeared back downstairs and left Missy to feel miserable on the deck. A few moments later, he came back with a steaming cup of… something.

“Here, try this. It’s used to fix up the illness that comes with sailing for the first time. You should feel better after this. And not feel worse once you get used to the rocking and all this.”

Without questioning it, Missy grabbed the hot cup of homemade tea and drank it. The herbs in the tea made it taste bitter, and it was a dark brown color, but clear at the same time. She choked down the nasty tasting liquid and stood there while she put the empty cup on a nearby stool. Once the concoction hit her stomach, she did feel better. As if she wasn’t seasick to begin with.

“Thanks a lot Flynn! You really helped me.”

“Aw, it’s no problem. I’m glad it worked. I’m going to go hunting for rats in the barge. You wanna come along?”

Missy thought about the idea of hunting for rats that no doubt had at least one or two kinds of disease. It wasn’t an idea she was fond of at all.

“N-no thanks. I’ll help with the cleaning and stuff up here. I hope that hunting goes well for you.”

Flynn nodded and scampered downstairs as Missy grabbed a brush that was left by a couple barrels and started scrubbing the deck. The occasional slip or fall from the slippery floors made her think about quitting the cleaning and go to something else, but she wanted to finish what she started.

It took a solid few hours of work, and Missy’s arms were pretty sore after she scrubbed the deck, but she couldn’t deny how good it looked compared to when she started. She heard the bell that she now knew me ants a meal was available, and quickly headed down. She joined The other crew except for Flynn, who seemed to be busy somewhere else looking for bugs to eat.

Missy took the tray of preserved fruit smash and watered down ale before sitting next to Marley to eat.

“I saw you working on the floors and railing this morning once I woke up. You did good work! A bit clumsy maybe, but ‘m sure that’s just you getting used to sailing.”

Missy nodded as she listened to Marley talk. She ate her late breakfast and then stretched her arms. Her rags pulled upwards to show that she was thin, yet not skin and bones. A couple small bruises were beginning to form on her arms as-well since she landed on her arms whenever she fell.

“I’m not used to physical work either. But it’s not too hard. At least, not on the mind.”

As Missy spoke, Marley and a few of the crew that could hear her turned around to look at her once they noticed her accent. It was something they never heard, even from the officers or captain. Even so, Missy didn’t notice the others looking at her. Infatuated by her voice. She was too busy thinking about the maids she grew up with. It made sense now why there wasn’t really any older maids that did any strenuous cleaning. If anything, they were more of the cooks or maids who brought out small snacks during the day.

Once the two younger Pokémon finished their meals, they took their plates to the galley and both started cleaning the various dishes that laid next to a bin that had soapy water in it. Marley would grab the plates as the others finished and Missy would dunk the plates into the water, scrub them with a rough cloth, then put them to the side to dry.

It was probably an hour or so of doing dishes until the two were done. The galley crew gave the two younger Pokémon a yellow toothed smile and thanked them before the two left to help elsewhere.

“I git some poker to play in a bit, but we’ll meet up later okay?”

Marley said as he noticed it was already in the afternoon. Missy nodded and wished him good luck before he left to go where Missy assumed they played poker. She took this opportunity to head back to the gun deck. She sat on the couple blankets and rested her hands. She shook them in an attempt to get the fatigue out.

As Missy sat there, she closed her eyes and listened to the rolling sounds of the ocean. She was like that for some time. She didn’t know how long, but it must have been for a bit because a very excited Marley ran up the stairs while clutching a small glass container that seemed to contain a pure spirit. Not the watered down stuff they’ve been drinking the last day on the boat.

When Missy opened her eyes to see who was approaching, Marley explained what happened before she could even ask. How he won at poker despite not exactly knowing all the possible hands he could have gotten, and how the prize was a small bottle of uncut booze.

“Wanna drink some with me? No-one’ll know.”

Marley said before he twisted open the top and took a swig of the alcohol. He made a rather funny face as the liquid slid down his throat and warmed his insides. Deciding there wasn’t harm in it, Missy agreed and reached her hand out for the booze. Once she was given it, she took a swig of it.

Her first reaction was to cough. This was stronger stuff. She was used to a fancy wine with dinner at her home. Not straight up sailor’s rum. She managed to swallow the sweet and stinging liquid though. She felt her worries start to leave as it got into her bloodstream.

“Is there any way we can play on board? I want to take a break from working. I’ve been working since the early morning.”

Missy asked Marley as he took another sip. He thought about taking a break and agreed that it would be fun to play. He suddenly tagged her and ran away from her. What ensued was two inebriated Pokémon running around the cannons.

While the two drunkenly ran around, Flynn made his way to the bottle that was now laying on the floor and drank from it. He ended up finishing the bottle off and hiccuped once he felt the rest of the booze go down his throat.

The two happily ran around yelling about who was going to tag the other one while Flynn sat there watching as he chewed on a bug he dug up from the floorboards. Everything was good until Missy lost her footing and crashed into one of the cannons. Pushing it off of it’s wooden support and making it crash on the ground.

It didn’t take long for one of the adults to rush upstairs from the bunks to find the two. They looked down at the tilted over cannon, then to Missy. They grit their teeth angrily once they approached her and smelled the booze on her.

“Right, You’re coming down to the brig. We got something for little troublemakers on the ship.”

Grabbing her cloth shirt, the sailor took Missy in hand and also grabbed Marley. The adult glared at Flynn as if to command him to follow, so he followed along to the brig. The adult took all three downstairs and to a room that had some sort of stocks that had twelve small holes in it. Six for the hands, and six for the feet.

The three were sat down and their feet were put in the stocks once one of the adults opened them. Their hands were placed in the stocks next. They were then left to sleep off the alcohol for the next few hours.
———-

Before the three could wake up, one of the adults walked into the cramped brig with a peach in their hand. A goat was on the other end of the leash and was taken to face the three. The adult tied the leash to the top of the stocks before grabbing a bowl and using it to scoop up some saltwater from an open barrel. The adult splashed the water on the three’s feet. The surprisingly cold water shocked the three awake as their fur all stood up.

Their initial confusion was brief. And replaced with cries of sudden laughter as the goat licked the saltwater off of the three. It started with Flynn, who cackled wildly as he tried to kick his legs as he was tickled. Only to be held in place with the strong wooden bars. A couple small bug legs flew out of his mouth as he was forced to laugh. This caused the other two to snicker.

It felt like at least half an hour for poor Flynn until the goat was done with him. Once his feet were left alone, he could only wheeze and gasp for his breath since he expelled it all in his fits of laughter. The goat then clopped up to Marley. It quickly used it’s tongue to squeeze past his toes and lick off the salt that was hidden between them. He couldn’t help but snicker as he formed fists with his hands in an attempt to control himself.

The goat started on his soles then. Making him howl out as his secret ticklish spots were lapped over by the creature that had no idea it was tickling the crap out of a few bound Pokémon. Marley’s laughs filled the room and probably could even be heard from the halls as he was tickled without any breaks. He was extremely thankful for when the goat was finally done with him.

As he recovered, the goat casually went to the end of the stocks. Where Missy was. It dragged it’s long tongue from her heel, up to the toes in a slow, deliberate lick. This made her snicker through clenched teeth as she felt the goat begin to tickle her without any remorse.

The goat made sure to leave no salt unturned. It’s tongue rubbing against any ticklish part of her feet that was hit with the water. Tears welled up in Missy’s eyes as she tried not to laugh too hard. She wasn’t tickled this much since she was around six. The memories flooding back as her feet were covered in hungry licks from the goat.

The adult looked over the three exhausted Pokémon as the goat finished up licking them. Being satisfied that they both sobered up and learned their lesson, he untied the leash and put the goat back from where it came before unscrewing the stocks and letting the three out. They chuckled as they walked out of the brig since their feet were still pretty sensitive.

As they made their way out of the brig, they heard the meal bell ring again. All three of them made their way to the canteen where they were given dried jerky, almost rock hard biscuits, and some watered down cheap rum. The taste of the rum almost made them sick after the events with the other rum, but they had to drink it so that the extremely dry biscuit didn’t completely dry out their mouths.

Missy had a hard time eating the dry food since she wasn’t used to it, but she choked the food down and put the tray back once she was done. Exhausted, she left the two boys to finish eating as she went back upstairs to the cannon level.

Collapsing on the blanket she slept on last night, she closed her eyes and wished for some good sleep. Today would be another day at sea for her. One thing was certain though. She would stay away from any not diluted drinks.
