Santa's an honorary member of the councel of god that Culania was once affiliated with, and as such Joy and her friends know everyone who is or was a member of said counsel. Here Joy ran into Culania and after a little conversation about what he's been up to lately, Joy asked him if he would allow the big guy, which prompted him to check his to do list.
