If sperm donation exists here, she could still have used TiNi's DNA for that, so I'm not going to immediately jump to infedlity. Science is cool, this would be a huge thing for so many Nidoqueen couples that I think wouldn't just apply to their species. Interesting implications...

Wait... He only get to see her ever 2 months for a week.
And She clearly didn't tell him about this before/during their late meetup.
So a big question is, does this universe full "normal" Pokemon Egg logic (they have eggs shortly after pregnancy and take a while to hatch), or more along a "human-like" pregnancy?
Either way, I feel there is about to be some drama.

The odd thing about Pokemon Eggs is that they do not hatch like eggs in real life. It seems to be an evolutionary stage, as seen here, where a Mudkip's Egg glows before changing shape into an actual Mudkip. It is similar in appearance to how Pokemon actually evolve. It's not just a shell; it's a part of their physical body. Pokemon like Togepi are almost an exception in that a Togepi cracks its shell, but a Togepi also wears its shell as part of its actual body, further confirming my suspicions. Therefor, I believe there would need to be a longer incubation period inside the maternal Pokemon before the Egg separates from the mother's body. However, we also have to consider that a Nidoqueen creating an Egg in this universe is an unnatural process. Because of this, the actual incubation period may be longer or shorter than normal.

Game physics is weird, especially games for children. Norns (my character species) lay eggs which get many times bigger in the seconds between being laid and hatching, because the egg has to fit within the mother before it's laid, but the baby has to be big enough to interact with on-screen. I think there's some hand-wavey stuff about it absorbing oxygen to make it bigger. Of course, after that, they hatch normally, but that doesn't stop them wearing the shell.
(I edited your comment to turn the image links into ones to the file description pages; like here, links to files on Bulbapedia's CDN aren't guaranteed to work on other sites to avoid bandwidth theft, or for indefinite periods, and they turned up as a 404 for me when I clicked them. Unfortunately our URL parser also doesn't like the : in the regular wiki link, hence tinyurl.)

I always assumed that Nidorina and Nidoqueen not being able to have an egg was a mistake in the code in Gen 2 and they never bothered to fix it in the later games. It's weird how Gamefreak let this be a thing and just have only Nidoran female to have an egg

Oh, really? I did not know such a book existed. So it was done on purpose? Interesting. Though it kinda raises the question why only have Nidoran Female to be able to have eggs and not have it be the other way around with Nidoqueen only to have eggs?
Anyways, thanks for the response
