From an early age, Ellie wanted to become a police officer. In her early 20s, this dream was realised as she became Police Constable Elaine Reynolds, a serving officer of London's Metropolitan Police force.
She still doesn't like the idea of being mean to bad guys, but likes to help people in need. She's surprised at how much she likes driving fast with the blues-and-twos on - much to Rachel's chargrin.
