On Twitter, someone shared a pic of a pair of Foreign diapers (Super Cute’s), one which looked like a pair of shorts while the other featured a skirt over the diaper. Unsurprisingly, I just had to draw these. I chose Velyo for the shorts since I need to draw him more, while the Skirt was placed on a regressed and dragon-fied Nixie at the suggestion of a friend on Discord.
