Colour code number on paint.net to get night time effect.
With drawing in Paint.net
Click on colour wheel icon in upper right to get colour chart pop up.
Click button on pop up that reads "more".
On the right, enter 6 digit colour number 352738.
On bottom of pop up, set coverage transparency between 8 and 25, depending on desired results.
Set a wide brush size and canvas over the drawing, repeating if necessary...That will give a night time effect on the drawing.
