Poor Manika Talpa was working in the Libary, trying to help sort and put back book, a job she loves doing. Everything was going fine until she found a book that went on the top shelf. All the both of the step ladders were in use, so with no other choice, Manika decided to stand on her tip toes to try and put the book back.
She almost got it, but lost her balance when she decided to hop up on one foot to give herself a little extra boost. She fell backwards, dropping the other books she was carrying. To add Injury to Insult, when she sat back up, the book she'd been trying to put back fell of the shelf and bonked her on the head :( !
Won't someone please help this poor girl and kiss her owie QwQ ~ ? ...

Yep n_n . In her culture, folks can ware as much or as little as they want, what ever makes them comfortable. Manika likes were oversized Sweaters and what not to hide her Itty bitty tittirs, that way people are less likely to make fun of her for them, or really even pay attention to her.
Folks are encouraged however to dress nice on special occasions, cold weather and if they have visitors from foreign lands that might be uncomfortable with nudity or partial nudity.
