I don't care for this character, I dislike this pencil, and I hate my drawing (so I'm sure it'll get hundreds of views and dozens of faves). :p
Yes, I gave in and drew Jade (from 'Arctic Dogs') again. Why? Because the quickie scribble of Jade and Swifty has been among the most well-received and fave'd of my uploads on DeviantArt (has over 5000 views as of writing). I get asked about it from time to time, usually in the form of hints requesting more.

I tend not to draw nude females (I've written extensively about this on IB), albeit, I've been wanting to try---call it a curiosity as to how my watchers will respond to it (this drawing is clean, anyway---those who dunno this character wouldn't see a problem).
So... why do I deplore everything about this upload?
Pencil
I have drawn with this Wallace 'Swift' a few times already. I didn't like it the first time, and my disapproval has now reached its peak. Though this is both a Wallace-made pencil and a #3, it's no 'Zephyr'---the Wallace 'Zephyr' is by far the best pencil I've ever drawn with ...and mine is dying ...and given the pencil is discontinued and about 60 years old, it's not easily replaced (I worsened it some days ago when I threw it across the room in frustration, breaking its point). :(
The 'Swift' creates a LOT of ghost lines---it digs into paper and doesn't erase well ...that's not a good combination of faults if one considers I have a habit of changing my mind about hands and such when drawing: the 'Swift' demands getting things right the first time (and let's face it, I can barely draw---I need to erase lines).
Fun fact about the name: the 'Swift' isn't a speed-writer, rather its name refers to the species of bird. :3

I hate all my art, so that's nothing new ...however, this is my SECOND go at drawing this card. There would have been a third, but I opted to just bare my shame and upload this one. There's ...something about Jade that I can't get right ...it's the eyes, I think. I'm unsure, but I'm tired of looking at her at this point (and I don't want to discourage myself into a slump).
So, what's the deal with foxes and butterflies?
When my S/O was alive, her favorite story of mine was 'The Fox sisters II', so we bought and kept a lot of fox things around the cottage. As for the butterfly, she thought of me as such at the beginning of our relationship, hence the connection. :3
I seen Arctic Dogs before and it was Alright. She looks better that way. Not a request or anything since you never do requests anyway, but do you plan on doing Baked Swifty like you did with Jade like still clean, just later down on the road?

I don't if they plan on making a sequel or not but due to the fact on how the movie recieved in all, not to mentioned that I heard there were cuts but all I can think of was Swifty was supposed to be naked at the end but instead they decided to give him underwear, not sure why but should been fine like they are animals so why bother the underwear. Maybe unless they could make like Director's Cut of the movie.

Well yeah, but in the past cartoons there were naked moments sometimes, like take The Amazing World of Gumball for example, we seen Gumball appeared naked several episodes just rarely, which I know they have to Censored his crotch but all his butt as well too. Like why bother censor the butt it's not like there's anything showing underneath just his buttocks, like I kinda wish they didn't need to censor his butt it wouldn't been fine just only censor the crotch in general.

Never watched the movie but from what I've seen, it doesn't look that bad. Yes, I know the rating for the movie sucked, but maybe I'm a sucker for the species of characters and how they're drawn/inked. Maybe it's for the best that I never watched it as it would be a pity for me to hate the movie and end up hating the characters.
