Sunshine lets out a soft groan and slowly opens his eyes, squinting and throwing up a hand to shield his eyes from the blinding light. What happened- and where was he? Had he passed out? The hedgehog sits up and looks around, realizing that he was in a bed back at The Resistance's HQ, which was also in the infirmary wing. Why was he here instead of Imperial Tower? Was this another illusion created by Infinite to mess with his head?
He shakes his head to clear his thoughts, and hopefully to jog his memory of what had happened while he was stuck in that horrible memory of his baby boy's abduction. Had someone saved him? Were they successful in bringing Sol and Pandora home? Was any of this even real?! He didn't know what to think or whether he was really back at HQ or not. Sunshine sighs and gets out of bed to wander around, hoping to find something or someone to confirm that he was truly back to reality and not trapped within one of Infinite's twisted head games.
