this top hat pikachu is sus, and the day care dosnt look destroyed or abandoned, its not colorful so thats what probley makes it look bad inside,if i had to guess the illusion is having their minds go back in time 25 or so years where this place was lively and every instantce where tokala and leferon was there, that was the top hat pikachu doing diaper duty and feeding.
