Full commission for a client, thank you!

Here's a story they wrote for this piece:
"In an alternate reality upon Simba's adoption by Rhea, she wanted to have a more maternal connection with her new son, so, after talking with the doctors and inquiring Simba's consent, Simba agreed to rest in his new mom's tummy to heal and be a baby again. This would give Simba a fresh start as a true member of the Jungle Pride. Now Rhea could be his true mother. And she had to admit. She missed the feeling of being pregnant. Mara had always tickled her when she was in Rhea's tummy, and with how rambunctious Simba had become after regaining some of his strength, she was sure more tickling would come with her new pregnancy. Right now, she is letting her daughter Mara, and her sister, Queen Kalima feel her tummy as her tiny little Simba squirms about inside her tummy as he dreams and regresses. Mara was happy to become Simba's sister by blood, and Kalima, while a tad jealous her sister was enjoying another pregnancy, was just as happy to become an aunt again. She'd be sure to try and spoil the newest edition to the Jungle Pride more than her sister whenever she got a chance. What are good aunts for right?"
