While I would want to believe that Aiden would have said yes eventually... $40/mo is a lot for a kid. Ah, to not have to worry about paying things lol.
I might be in the minority, but taking a break from prons makes when you go back to making it all that special. Like stopping something for a while so it doesn't become stale or old so it'll feel like new when you restart it. I think there needs to be times when you step back and take a breather. Finish this "clean" comic then go back to the prons that made you famous lol. Of course I again may be in the minority.

I'm not really "famous", lol... but I do want to finish this SFW strip, and get back into things again. <3 Aiden woulda said yes, eventually, heh. But being a poor kid, making his own money for a job he can actually do... he'll do it with a smile on his face!

"You should go back to drawing porn!!!"... I wouldn't worry about anybody who says that. Personally, I'm starting to like this story. Porn's okay but, if it doesn't have a story behind it, it becomes boring before quick.

While I greatly appreciate aspects of their art, I dislike many top tier artists, simply because their art is yet another "insert ANY character here for an unrealistic lewd situation" type dealio. I don' know anything about these characters, or anything for me to like about them. Story has always mattered to me, and the characters. I wish top artists would go ahead and give their characters more life. Otherwise it's just another "whatever" character posing for the canvas. Glad you like the story so far!

True! Comparing differing regional incomes to each other never seems fair on paper, but cost of living usually matches a percentage of regional income. There are poorer areas where incomes don't meet up to regional cost of living, and those are the areas where poverty is most expressed. But yeah, you can be hard pressed to make a buck in some places.
Aiden has no normal income as a kid, so making a third of an adults regular earnings for one day of work isn't too shabby, considering for 8+ days of work/month, maybe half an hour for each snow shoveling he does (4 hours). Not as much as an adult would make in 4 hours, but still, not bad for a kid! If he does complain though, we can tell him about income tax! <3
