This is my second cub that I adopted from EyesInTheDark666 on DA. His name is Dakarai, he has red fur with matching eyes and a black mane. And for the Headshots, you can see he's making expressions such as Excited, Nervous, Confused and Tired.

Dakarai was born in the vast valleys of Africa to his mother Farah. His father, who he never knew, was a rogue lion. Dakarai and his mother constantly traveled the lands for many months. One day, they came across a pride, led by a lion named Zion. Farah and Dakarai were taken in by Zion and overtime, Zion and Farah grew close. Dakarai became close friends with Zions son, Hasani. Soon after, Dakarai and Hasani became brothers, for Farah became Zions new mate.

Dakarai played with Hasani all the time. They even played with Cubs from a pride that lived to the north. Dakarai became friends with two cubs Bahati and Jabari. Dakarai saw how Hasani loved to flirt with the girls, but they chose to pay attention to him most days, Dakarai was rather handsome as a cub, especially when wearing white leaves around his head during weddings.

Dakarai spent time with Zion when Hasani was spending time with his mother. Dakarai enjoyed his time with Zion, for he learned about the pride and hunting. There were even times when Hasani and Dakarai would sneak away and go on their little adventures. Dakarai loved his new family and pride, but asked his mother about his father on occasions. Dakarai hoped to one day find his father.
