My Adopted Cubs

I adopted this cub from Karibu99 His name is Valter and he is one interesting cub.

Valter was born in the South-Eastern reaches of Africa to his mother Shatani. Valter was born with green fur, along with a light-brown mane and the same colored fur on his tail. He also has black spots along his body. Valter also had several brothers and sisters and they played all the time. One day, while walking south, they tried to travel through a raging storm. The storm was so strong, the wind and rains blew all the cubs into the rapids. Valter did his best to stay afloat as he and in siblings were forced in separate directions.

At one point, Valter was rendered unconscious and the rapids pushed him onto a beach. Valter woke and found himself on the beach. He looked around for his siblings and mother, but couldn’t find them. He then heard footsteps and smiled, for he thought it was his mother. But when he turned, he saw to figures above him and saw they were humans. One of the humans quickly grabbed Valter and stuffed him in a bag.

Valter muffled and struggled to try and get out of the bag, but couldn't. The humans got into a boat and rowed to a ship. They kept Valter in the sack as they tossed him in a cage and sailed away on the ship. Valter had no idea what was going on and was worried about what the humans were going to do to him.

Valter was eventually let out of the sack and he looked with surprise to see he was in an incredible place. The humans had taken him to ancient Egypt and traveled to the city of Thebes. Valter was then presented to the Pharaoh, who then gave the lion cub to his son as a present.

Valter was rather scared, but noticed how the young prince was being so kind to him. The prince had Valter dressed in fine clothing and gave him an earring. Valter felt rather happy, but he missed his mother and siblings and wondered where they were at. But he believed that they were alive and was going to find them one day.
