Im not sure, some months ago before the big nerf, yes absolutely. Now is 5 less atack (I think). Its ok now, they are strong only in really big numbers but they are great against buildings yet.

All CA units are hard to deal if mass though,even with skirm they could just make some knts or hussar to deal, neither ignore them and raid their base to force them go back nor kill their ca with camels until they had no number.
