The 3rd arc in the general saga

Chuck and the gang arrive at Flick's ant hill only to find it basically vacant with only a handful of ants left. Its found out that one of Rez's generals, Celestriana, is taking ants and recreating them into her own children.Its up to Chuck, Alister, Nero, Gun, and KO to stop her before all bugs fall victim to her power.

Celestriana is a bit unhinged, obsessed with being a mother despite not being able to give birth (she is a nothing, a species created by Rez, all general's are nothing.)
Her artifact allows her to cause living things to be reborn as her children, or anything else she desires.
