The second arc in the general saga

Whoville has come under siege by a knight named Chrysnoc who can control ice and snow, turning dissenters to crystal ice statues, including Cindy lou's father. Chuck and his team decide to fight his army of mindless soldiers and take out Chrysnoc who has the Grinch making new inventions for his masters against his will.

Chrysnoc's artifact is the knight armor he wears. It generates a constant freeze effect in a small radius that instantly freezes anyone coming into contact with it. It also keeps him warm no matter what. Chrysnoc embraces his knight persona, though following orders from Rez he has honor and is conflicted about the things he's done.
