Everyone has these in their collection, pictures they start but then never finish.

Another picture that I liked the idea of, but didn't like the actual art, though Zack looks just fine I couldn't for the life of me get the lap of the person he was resting against right at all, if I had enough room to draw the whole figure in I wouldn't have a problem, but I didn't so I just couldn't get it right and eventually gave up and moved onto the next picture.

I do still like this picture though, Mort is just being a stubborn bugger and not letting me draw his lap right every time I go back to it.

I thought that if I posted it online, I might get the motivation I need to finish it up.

Some additional notes on this sketch, this is the only drawing/sketch I have of Zack wearing something other than his military uniform, he's very rarely comfortable without it. Also the pet cat is Mort's (he has two of them actually) and the lap also belongs to Mort.
