Both Speckle, and his Uncle Spyro are wearing diapers together, but Speckle couldn't help but rub his cheek up against his uncle's poofy bottom making him all the more embarrassed to wear them. Hopfully his friends aren't around to laugh at him.
Nobody, they are still active. They released all 3 Ty games on Steam and then started a kickstarter campaign for the first one to be released on modern consoles with some HD enhancements which turned out successfully. They did it for the second one, Ty 2: Bush Rescue HD, which surpassed it's goal within 24 hours and more. It goes to show you that even if these games aren't as huge as Mario, their is still quite the dedicated fanbase that loves these old games.
