Yep! She's very pro mobian and anti-human. I don't have a canon age for her bc I'm not sure about how it'd be calculated with the time shenanigans. But she is probably roughly within that age group in mainline canon haha. It's not too important to me so I don't have a set in stone age.

It's more that the age is unimportant to me, and with how they label Shadow's age as not ignoring his DOB despite the wide gap, which is similar with Toffee, I decided to just not give her an age haha. I'm not sure, I don't follow IDW sorry. It's likely she has a similarity to a sonic character, there are so many out there lol
