Alayna is a soft little marshmallow who enjoys fresh coffee, strolls in the park in spring, and writing songs to share with her friends. If she had any friends, that is. Moving to a new country is both the most exciting and the most difficult thing she has ever done in her life, and she has been a citizen of her adopted homeland for less than a month. But she is confident that great things are in store for her, once she has settled in and found her bearings.

I haven't really settled on the "from" part, yet. I just adopted her and I'm kind of feeling her out, as it were. Where she moved, to, however, is a fictional country called Viridis, that is the principal setting of my novels and other stories. It's a smallish country with thick, mysterious forests to explore, divided into three little kingdoms that are only just learning to get along. But which are still far more peaceful than the rest of the world.
