On April 2, 2021, "This Day in History" came to an end. While I have enjoyed making this weekly series since the beginning nearly five years ago, I feel it is time to close this particular chapter of my life and art. I started this series at a time when I was a bit unsure with where I was going with my life, having just recently graduated from university and searching for a career. Since then, I've found more purpose in my life and an honestly amazing career that has given me an incredible opportunity to give back and be a positive influence on others. However, more and more I find myself lacking the desire to continue to continue this series and it seems like it would be a better idea to bring it to a close now before the quality suffers too much. I do wish to say "Thank you!" to all of you who have taken the time to view and read the posts in this series, who have faved and commented and held discussions, and/or who have shown support for this series over the years. You are all incredible and kind people and don't you ever forget that!
As for me, I think its time to give some other unfortunately neglected works a bit of time in the sun. I'm looking forward to working on other things and I hope you'll stick around to join me!
