Okay so mainly just did these renders because I wanted to geek out about how I pulled off his eyes. I actually copied the OG mesh of the eyes, then re-textured them to add the reticle effect, then made it so that the 2 sets of eyes can be switched by using a shape-key. Essentially whenever the shape-key is active it pulls the 2nd set of eyes forward, and when its inactive it pushes them behind the original eyes, this way I can switch between the sets of eyes in an instant. It's nothing huge but I'm happy it works so well, especially since its my first try doing it.
