I was made aware of this character, who was originally sketched up by Sega's artists to be in the Nintendo DS game Sonic Rush but ultimately didn't make the cut. (Possibly because she so strongly resembles Cream and Marine, the latter of whom would appear in the sequel as the world's least raccoon-like raccoon.) As a concept sketch she doesn't have an official name, but I'm calling her Camryn the Chipmunk because I like how it sounds. By the way, it's kind of a stretch to post this under babyfur... that could be a diaper, but it could also be wishful thinking on my part.
