Tiyal Multistellar Alliance is a founding memeber of the Galactic Republic.
The TMA's core ethics are Xenophile, Egalitarian, Individualist, and Industrialist.
The Current Government is headed by Alliance Executive Marrkyer Falvi of the Fen Habbanis Interstellar Corporation.

Foundation: In 2190 the Factions within the Court of the Malandork empire, and the Various Vassals that served it, officially Unified under the Charter of the Multistellar Alliance. This Charter declared that each Merchant Republic and its Subsidiaries would be given full autonomy within the Alliance, to promote the co-operation and competition within Market and pledge to eliminate the Evils of Slavery from their borders, and the Universe at large.
These values originated from the Reign of Ilyandon Malandork in 1918TS, who commited the gravest of Taboos within the Malandork Empire, and that was the invasions and enslavement of Industrialised and Early FTL worlds. Who had been established as key partners and Vassals under the empire. This taboo along with the disaster that was the invasion of Jaggo, became the beginning of the continual fracturing of the Empire. Which finally came to ahead in 2189 with the Tiyal Civil war, which saw the Anti-Slavery faction (Who would form the TMA) push the Malandork Empire out of the Core Worlds of Tiyal Space, and into Tiyal Frontier. The war ended in 2192TS, with the Malandorks conceeding defeat and signing the Treaty of Republic Spire. Which ensured the Tiyal Multistellar Alliance was the sole rulers of Tiyal Space.

Capital: In Pre-FTL period of Tiyal history, Theialdak was a very minor settlement within the Miilanval Kingdom. Due to its location within a steep canyon with very rugged terrain and non-arrable terrain, it maintained a very small population. This insignificance would last until 1650s when the Miilanval Kingdom and its Colonial Empire would come under the rule of the Malandork's who turned Theialdak from a small village into a grand citadel.
The City began to thrive, becoming the most secure city within the Empire.
Even though it was the seat of the Empire and maintained the Largest Spaceport on Miidak, it had a very small slave population, due to lack of roles requiring of slave labour.
The city held its prosperity under the Empire until 2189, when the Civil War Broke out. During the Campaign of the Core Worlds and the Invasion of Miidak, Theialdak became a major battleground, with the city being devestated by the siege and the eventual push for the Imperial Citadel.
Emperor Miikan Malandork the 3rd was killed during the assualt, leaving the Crown Prince, far from the Imperial Capital, as the ruler.
The Civil war ended, leaving the devastated city under the Multistellar Alliance's Rule.
The City was rebuilt in 2195TS, 3 years after the end of the war, with the Malandork Imperial Citadel converted into the New Alliance Headquarters, where the Council of Executives is held.
The city would only face conflict again in 2294TS with an attempted invasion of Miidak by the Collem Khanate. This invasion under the command of the Khan's eldest son was a disaster. Its failure helped lead to the death of the Khan and the defeat of his Khanate.
Currently in 2490TS, Theialdak is the home 45 Million Tiyal and other Xenos. It house the Headquarters of the Theialdak Greater Republic (Hiikalmakt Ikvi Theialdak Razamiin Gakt), the Council of Executives (Zaraget ik Laniidork), the Core World's Conglomerate Planetary HQ (Ziikalminkt ikvi Riikamin deka) and the Assembly of Miidak (Glaniidork Ik Miidak).

Politics: As the TMA is a Consortium of Merchant Republics, Conglomerates, and Megacorporations, the internal Politics is more related to business competition than political values, especially after the fall of the Malandork Empire in the Civil War.
However there are some major groups that could be called factions in the Council of Executives that do, in a way play a major role within the internal Consortium's politics. There are 5 of these so-called factions, the Core World's Conglomerate, The Imperial Foundation, The Alliance Fundamentalists, The Democratic Business Foundation, and the Galactic Economic and Prosperity Forum.
The Core World's Conglomerate is a Megacorporation that is made up of all the Core World's of the Malandork Empire, Originally the Core World's were split into former Merchant Republics and Corporate States, however a lot of them fell into economic crisises especially with abolition of the Slave based economy that these worlds had survived off of for centuries. However the Polar Research Institute of Miidak, managed to discover valuable resources on some of the Core Worlds, and began to acquire the majority of the failing Core World states. Eventually this Institute had formed into a Conglomerate, and due its sheer size and number of Subsidiary States it holds massive amounts of influence within the Council of Executives.
The Imperial Foundation is the remnants of the Malandork Empire within the TMA, however they have distanced themselves from their former Rulers and embraced a foundation of a New Tiyal Empire. They are economically weak but have managed to survive off of their Military Industrial Complex, and Mercenary Forces, they are Militarily the most powerful Faction in the Alliance, but are kept on their knees due to the economic influence of other member states.
The Alliance Fundamentalists are the oldest Faction, comprising a large number of the Rebelling forces that helped take down the Empire. Though they comprise of the majority of the founding states of the Alliance, they have far less influence they originally held. However because of their Prestige, and drive for economic co-operation and Competition, has managed to keep them still a major player in the Council of Executives.
The Democratic Business Foundation are a co-operative federation made up of minor corporate and business entities within the wider Alliance. Individually the members have little influence, but together do hold enough influence to make the other members of the Council. They push for a more democratic system for the Alliance, especially when it comes to electing the next Alliance Executive, who is usually elected by the Council Executives rather than the Corporate Citizenry. Many member's of the Alliance oppose such a proposal as it could harm the stability and unity of the Alliance as a whole.
The Galactic Economic and Prosperity Forum are a co-operative federation that hold the most influence within the Alliance and as well as a lot of influence in the Greater Galactic Economy, and could be considered as THE Ruling party. The Majority of all Corporate/Business entities within the Alliance have some form of Membership or association with this group. Even Nations and organisations outside of the Alliance have membership, including the Crime Syndicate, the Alkanos Corporation, and even businesses with connections to the Universalist party of the GREJP have membership and Associations with group. If there was a single entity that had any dark secrets, it would be this one.

Government: The Tiyal Multistellar Alliance is a Consortium, and is governed by the Council of Executives headed by the Alliance Executive.
The Council consists of all the Business Executives of the various Merchant Republics, Corporate/Business Entities, Conglomerates and Megacorporations within the Alliance. The Alliance do meet at the the Council of Executives Grand Assembly in Theialdak once a year. But the government holds a Laisse Faire approach to Governance, and does little in terms of legislation.

Architecture: Even though they lacked the materials and technology to, early Tiyal Architecture was recognisably extravagant with all structures focusing on unique designs, which have was a form of societal communications, with certain structural designs being indicators of a Buildings role.
This is still carried out to this day. Tiyal are noted for their focus on tall buildings with unique and extravagant designs.
Even suburban and rural settlements follow this trend.

Military: Unlike most Voidfaring Nations, the Tiyal do not have a centralised standing Military force. The only force of that nature under the jurisdiction of Alliance Executive and the Multistellar Alliance Authority is the Executive Guard.
However many Corporations and Merchant republics do fund their own Private Militaries and Mercenaries. But are prohibited from the Charter of the Multistellar Alliance, to be used against any other members within the Alliance.
