It was a Birthday and DragonofShadows was there and so was Angello getting looked after by Daddy John, Angello got embarrassed by Dragon pointing out that he was wetting his nappy/diaper, Dragon noticed this after playing with his Fox brother and protecting him from any harm. Angello and Dragon and Mr Foxy (Angello's plush) leave the tower to go search for the mysterious ABDL bottle, While John dose stuff here and there putting diapers/nappies in the nursery and relieving himself in his nappy/diaper

This was done in Gimp 2 with the wall paper full of Cartoon toony Animals with a crib that look more like a babyfur cot than a adult babyfur, but hay.
Maybe John just has that as part of a decoration.

Towels are also in the room that can be used for bath time, clean up, or as towel nappies/diapers with safety pins, as well as Alpha blocks.
Also Dragon of Shadows has a plaster on his torn wing which he dose not often have but I thought adding a plaster to it would make him cuter.
I simplified Dragon a bit and made him go from ferocious dragon, to a big adult baby hatchling dragon ^.^"
