Possible candidate(s) for female love interest for Lowell the grumpy squirrel.
(3) was my first attempt. Main problem was it was too generic, there just wasn't anything stand out about the design
(2) was my second attempt. Added flowers to the hair and long curls. This was an improvement but the design was more "cutesy" than "sexy". I like the design but it wasn't a good fit for the story I want to tell.
(1) was my third attempt. Taking cues from Minerva Mink's design I essentially created a more mature version of design 2.
If you are wondering about the general rating, I interpret "nudity exposing breasts or genitals" to mean visible nibbles and/or vulva. Given the "cartoony" nature of the design she does not have these. If you think this deserves a mature rating let me know in the comments.
As to why she is drawn without clothes in the first place, for the same reason that Lowell and Happy are drawn without clothes. The idea is that these are "real life" squirrels (despite being anthropomorphic) and therefore do not wear clothing.
