Dragonzero
is a very close friend of mine. He works at a hospital giving patients the care that they need, though he is not a nurse or a doctor, he does give various care to patients everyday.

This CCP Virus Pandemic has been rough on all of us but more so for people like him who are in the front lines taking care of the sick and comforting the dying during their final hours. It is very emotional and hard on one and their soul. It takes a toll on them. But somehow they find the strength to continue onward. They do not falter or abandon their post though I would not blame them if they did.

I got

to do this for him and for all the essential workers out there. From the lonely store clerk, truck driver, transportation provider, and so on to the head of medical services at a medical facility - you all deserve a Thank you from all of us.

Thank You!

I admit a certain side of me resented being one.

Working in a "Thankless" job hurts one deeply. As a lifeguard, teacher and volunteer police officer, I seen it from all directions. Worst during local/state/national emergencies (ex: 9/11 and the '97WTC bombing to name 2 from my mind.)

You're there to make sure everyone is safe and have a good time in what they do but when the shit hits the fan, its somehow your fault even if you did your damnedest to right by all. I always hated that. Now I'm retired, and seeing my friends (besides Dragon, I know many in the medical field) literally burning out, I do what I can for them. It is not much but it is something, and something is better than nothing.

Thank you too for your service.

Yeah I was in the supply network. I admit my issue was very selfish and that was as a youth I was discriminated against for my learning disabilities by the very system/society that now needed me and I found it rather insulting.

It's because your the face of it and those in command never front up and take responsibility. From what I read people in the US don't like being unable too do stuff that make it spread.

No big deal, I needed too get paid!

I don't need thanks from a bullshit company that is my job. I'm just a scapegoat to these corpo-rats (yes, I played Cyberpunk) and nothing more.

I don't get enough thanks from people anyways, but I appreciate the support. My job can kick rocks, but others who need the fridges I build... I'm trying my best here.

How I missed this I do not know as I try to all my posters.

Thank you for your work in helping us out there, continue to do the good work out there. We need your service no matter what those Corpo-Rats think.

I have been through it though not at the angle you been at and I am not comparing who is better or worse in this. But I will say as a retired teacher - seeing a student who had grown up many years later and remembers you as an adult, to give you a hug and thanks for being there for them when they were a child, that makes my year.

So "Thank You", from the bottom of my heart and apologies on how I could have missed this so long ago.
