Nice background work here. And it just gets more insane. The dolls were more than doable, especially in those leotards! But this does really call out the issues with idols. Everybody seems to feel they have to be these overly pure untouchable's, sweet sugary angels. It is a but unfair for them, So I feel a little for Snuggly. Especially as I think she misses being with Sleepy.

Great chapter. It's short, but it tells a lot. For one thing, it gives the background of Snuggly and Sleepy. I knew they were strong when I saw their fight at the beginning of Part 3, but I never thought they were champions like Nyarai, Team Executors, or the Cyclone Crushers. I feel bad for the both of them. Sleepy let a night of stress make her do a decision that affected her best friend and their trainer. Snuggly snapped after being humiliated trying to save her and Sleepy's career. And Paipu lost his job and the respect of his student just because he wanted to help her. At least things worked out in the end. Snuggly feels more released with her new idol appearance. Paipu, despite being fired, found his calling and transitioned into a woman. She is now happy as Daikarin performing on stage. While Sleepy holds a grudge and is currently fighting Snuggly, at least she shows more confidence. I also approve of how accepting Cookie is of Daikarin. She doesn't judge. She doesn't misgender. She only uses male pronouns in the past tense to speak about her past identity as Paipu. That's very open minded. Happy to meet the new trainer of the team. May she stay with the team for long. Laughed at the epilogue page about Ida being forgetful, lol. Happy New Year. Enjoy 2021.

At first I thought this was just a bit of a filler side story of some background characters we had seen before. That it was actually the backstory for the team's new trainer was a brilliant way to pull it all together. The only thing that feels missing is a panel showing how this effected Sleepy to go with the page showing how Snuggly spun things in her favor.
