I would like to agree... but Dire Petals seem like some serious shit to mess up. I'm not saying I agree with her reaction, but having a 4 and 5 year old around myself, I can definitely understand a flying-off-the-handle response when things get serious.
And it looks like she's at least... Trying? To be gentle? Judging by her facial expression in panel 4, but some things you have to really drive home with kids.

It may sound harsh but as she's working with medicine if she doesnt get it right then it could end up causing serious damage, best she learn how to do so. Teacher's arnt there to molly-coddle their students they are there to teach, she must point out serious mistakes made by her students and make sure they dont make them again.

That's what I was thinking. Healers don't have the same kind of latitude towards making mistakes that other professions have; a baker making mistake only have to throw away a bad batch of bread. A Healer making a mistake might have to bury a patient.
